Dry mixing methods on powders with micrometric and nanometric sizes 

Preparation of nanocomposite powder for additive manufacturing

Discover some good practices for dry powder mixing. Micrometric aluminum powder is blended with Nanomakers silicon carbide nanopowder at kg scale.

The homogenous mixing of micrometric and nanometric powders is exemplified here at kg level. Micrometric aluminum particles are covered with an homogenous layer of nano silicon carbide nanoparticles. The resulting powder has a better flowability than the initial aluminum powder.
