The ICSCRM 2024 Conference (International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials) will be organized this year in Raleigh, NC, in USA! For the first time, Nanomakers will be exhibiting at this great event to present its Silicon Carbide (SiC) nanopowders (and derivative products) as source material to produce SiC boules monocrystals, which are the base for SiC wafer production.
