Since the creation of the company in 2010, Nanomakers has achieved important milestones in its technological, commercial and human evolution.

New increase in production capacity:
• The production capacity is increased to 40 Tons / year / line.
• Installation of a transfer and packaging station system for larger volumes

Nanomakers consolidates several partnerships with industrial groups.
2012
In January, commissioning of the first industrial production line in Rambouillet with a capacity of 10 tons per year. Since its launch, Nanomakers has an extensive offer including SiC nanopowders and Si nanopowders coated with carbon.
Applying the patent for NMSiΩC dedicated to battery application
Signature of a distribution contract with Mitsui Busan Electronics Ltd., which has become Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Ltd. (MKI) since 2021

Nanomakers finalizes its first funding round and launches construction work on the Rambouillet site for a capacity of 100 tonnes per year.
Signature of an R&D agreement with AIR LIQUIDE
2010
The SA Nanomakers is created and signs its first contract for the supply of nanopowder samples with a Japanese manufacturer in the semiconductor sector.
Mid 2010, Nanomakers Japan was established.
2007
On the impulse of expressions of interest from international industrialists, the CEA accepts the spin-off of the laser pyrolysis technology; the Nanomakers project was born.

Setting up a pre-industrial pilot unit (1 kg/h) to produce nanopowders and test them in applications
