CONTEXT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Nanomakers<\/strong>, a start-up located in Rambouillet (France)<\/strong>, designs, produces and sales patented silicon<\/strong>-based nanopowders<\/strong> at an industrial scale by a laser pyrolysis<\/strong> process.<\/p>\n Those nanoparticles are mainly used to increase the specific energy density of lithium-ion batteries<\/strong> and to enhance mechanical properties of high performances materials<\/strong> (metallic alloys, elastomers, ceramics).<\/p>\n Preparation of silicon-based materials for Li-ion batteries<\/strong> is key for the battery market as it dramatically improves their performances, but it still faces technical challenges to achieve very high capacities. It\u2019s also a major challenge<\/strong> for Nanomakers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n MISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n This internship first challenge will be to prepare silicon-based materials for Li-ion batteries<\/strong>. The intern\u2019s tasks and objectives will be:<\/p>\n \u2022 Bibliographic study; A second challenge will be the study of various nanoparticles dispersion stability<\/strong>.
